Create your account and sign in
Your NodeWorld account is created on the website, from a computer or a phone. You need it to play: the game signs in to it with a code (see First launch). NodeWorld is for people aged 13 and over.
The language of these pages is chosen at the top right; once you are signed in, it is in Settings.
With an email
- Open app.nodeworldvr.com/register.
- Type your Email, a Password and the same password again in Confirm password, then choose Create my account. The password needs at least 8 characters, with upper and lower case letters and a number.
- Check your inbox: NodeWorld sends a code to your email. Type it in Verification code and choose Verify. Resend the code sends a new one.
- Verification complete: the website takes you to the sign-in page. Sign in with your email and your password.
- The first time, Choose your username: 3 to 20 letters, numbers or underscores (
_). It is the name every player sees. Choose Save.
If you close the page before typing the code, sign in anyway: the website takes you back to the code. On the sign-in page, Account not verified? Enter your code leads there too.
With Discord
On the sign-up or sign-in page, choose Continue with Discord and authorize NodeWorld on Discord. The first time, the website asks for your username, as above. Your account then signs in with Discord.
An account created with your email can also sign in with Discord once you link your Discord account to it, in Settings (see Discord account).
Sign in
On app.nodeworldvr.com/login, type your Email and your Password, then choose Sign in, or choose Continue with Discord. The website keeps you signed in on this browser. Sign out is under your name at the bottom of the side bar, and in Settings.
When an account was given a temporary password, the website asks you to Choose your password after signing in: type a New password, then Save and sign in.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?.
- Type your Email and choose Send the code. If an account uses that email, a code is sent to it.
- Type the Code and a New password, then choose Change the password. Resend the code sends a new one.
- Password changed: the website takes you to the sign-in page.
An account created with Discord has no NodeWorld password: sign in with Continue with Discord.
Messages of these pages

Account suspended
When the NodeWorld team suspends an account, the website shows Account Suspended, with the Reason when the team gave one, and Sign out. In the game, the loading screen says Your NodeWorld account is suspended.
