Returns { "avatars": [ … ], "nextCursor", "total", "page", "pageSize" }. Each avatar: id, ownerId,
creatorName, name, description, status, isPublished, hasPCBundle, hasLinuxBundle, hasQuestBundle,
hasThumbnail, thumbnailUrl, adult, adultForced, createdAt.
thumbnailUrl is a path of the API (/avatars/<id>/thumbnail?v=…): reading the picture needs a player's account, so it is not part of the public API.
18+ avatars
Without an account, the catalogue leaves out 18+ avatars. With the account of an adult who turned 18+ content on
(Authorization: Bearer <id token>), they are listed with "adult": true. adultForced says NodeWorld marked
the avatar 18+.
