Install on a Raspberry Pi
The server runs on a Raspberry Pi 3, 4 or 5 with a 64-bit system: Raspberry Pi OS Bookworm (64-bit) or Ubuntu 22.04 and later for Raspberry Pi. The 32-bit Raspberry Pi OS does not work. A Pi 4 or 5 with 4 GB or more suits a small community; use a wired network connection.
Check that the system is 64-bit: this command must say aarch64.
uname -mThen install it as on any Linux, with the linux-arm64 package:
tar -xzf NodeWorld-Server-linux-arm64.tar.gz
cd NodeWorld-Server
./NodeWorld.ServerThe first start runs the setup assistant: paste the Server ID and the token, let it open the port on your router, test it and install the systemd service. Then copy your worlds into Config/Worlds and restart the service (sudo systemctl restart nodeworld-server). The steps are the same as on Linux.
A Raspberry Pi runs the FL# scripts of the worlds with the files made for the Meta Quest, which has the same kind of processor: a world published with its Quest version works on it.
